Our experience in industrial buildings includes light, medium, heavy and very heavy weight structures, such as pre-engineered buildings, warehouses and hangars, large furnace buildings for steel mills, pipe racks, offshore platforms, and more.

Van Dam can operate at an output capacity of 1500 metric tonnes per month of a mix of heavy, medium, light and very light structural steel. We are also accustomed to work on fast track “turnkey” projects, from design to erection, when required by our clients.
